Project Development of Wind Park:

Wind park or wind farm development may be divided into a number of phases,
including following steps:

• a.- initial site selection,
• b.-project feasibility assessment (including obtaining a power purchase contract, in this case official with EVN, for the wind park output)
• c.- preparation and submission of the planning application,
• d.- construction,
• e.- operation, and
• f.- decommissioning and
land reinstatement.

The development of a wind park follows a broadly similar process to that of any other power generation project, but with the particular requirements that the wind turbines must be located in high wind speed sites to maximize energy production and their size makes visual effects a particularly important aspect of the environmental impact. Guidance on the development of wind energy schemes has been issued by the different institutions or authority organisation: BWEA, England, BWE-Bundesverband Windenergie e.V., Germany, European Wind Energy Association (EWEA).
